Designed by Norr Architects, and delivered by Robertson Construction – this major school upgrade required careful timing and delivery with all key stakeholders to delivery a great new teaching and learning facility.
Value for money, cost, and time certainty were key factors during the build as the old 1960’s school remained in use during the build of the new school facilities. So employing a trusted firm like Kilpatrick Blane Services to deliver on the Natural Ventilation control solutions was a natural choice to ensure a cost effective, right first time and on time solution.
Controls for windows and blinds needed careful design and implementation to complement each other through sequential control to deliver comfortable, quality and trouble free spaces as well as ensuring the system responded to adverse weather and security requirements at end of day.
