Inspiring state of the art call centre and office space featuring 200 roof lights with automation provided by Kilpatrick Blane Services.

About The Project

Designed by Sinclair Watt Architects, and delivered by ISG Construction – this extension to the Velux commercial premises bathes office workers in natural light provided by no less than 200 Velux Modular rooflights.

What’s more, the rooflights, façade windows and associated blinds used automation with controls provided by Kilpatrick Blane Services to operate windows and maintain an excellent naturally ventilated space in tune with employee preference and the environment.

The 3,500m2 commercial facility houses a new customer service centre, training facilities, meeting suites, office space and a staff restaurant.
